Planning is an integral part of interior design. Space planning begins at the architectural level. If you want a room to be of a specific size it has to be built with those dimensions. To change the room size of an existing structure it would require structural modifications to the interiors.
There are things that will not be acceptable for consignment. In order to keep the level and quality and integrity of Texas Online Auction House, we have to provide quality items worth bidding on. If it can't be sold at a garage sale for fifty cents, chances are it can't be sold at auction, with a starting bid of $3.00. Please don't be upset if can't accept some items that we know won't sell at auction.
Toys are a unique item. There are some items that do very well at auction, no matter how new or old, they just have to be in pretty good condition. Broken toys of any kind are usually not acceptable unless it is very rare or repairable to the point of display condition.
NOTE: New bidders that are use to bidding on popular ONLINE auction sites like eBay and Etsy, are familiar with the term Sniping. It's not that sniping is necessarily frowned upon, it just doesn't work through our auction system. Once a person makes a bid in the last seconds of the auction, the time is extended. If there is a bidding war, the time can be extended indefinitely, just like a live auction, so you want to stay tuned in to the auction until you recieve a winning notificaiton.
Items are not shipped at this time and all auction Items are picked up at speciifc locations and times that are listed in the auction at Texas Online Auction House. Please be aware that items will not be held past the pick-up date or time, unless we are notified in advance and agree. We will do everything we can to accomodate but there are new auctions that are happening the very next week in some cases and there simply isn't enough room to store old auction items. Items not picked up can either be sold in a new auction or discarded after 3 days.
